You are required to write a report that covers the following points:

Part 1: Conduct research on critical factors when it comes to the (a) selection and (b) implementation of Enterprise Systems for large Enterprises in the manufacturing industry. You need to discuss and justify at least 5 critical factors for selection and 5 critical factors for the implementation of ERP in large Enterprises in the manufacturing industry. You need to justify your selection and explain why these factors are important. All claims and assertions must be adequately substantiated with appropriate evidence and must be grounded in current literature.

Part 2: Conduct research on the challenges of migration from on-premises to Cloud ERP and the suitability of multi-tenant public cloud versus single-tenant private cloud for large Enterprises in the manufacturing industry. All claims and assertions must be adequately substantiated with appropriate evidence and be grounded in current literature.

Part 3: Critically review some possible and suitable Cloud ERP solutions for large Enterprises in the manufacturing industry. Compare and contrast different Cloud ERP vendors (10 vendors) that you believe could be suitable for large Enterprises in the manufacturing industry.
